We are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant who possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting strategic financial decisions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles, able to work comfortably with numbers, and have a knack for precise financial reporting.

Description

• Provide support to the Finance Department by managing daily accounting tasks
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and produce monthly reports
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Participate in financial audits and coordinate internal controls
• Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures
• Prepare VAT returns and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Assist with other accounting projects as needed

Profile

A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant software (e.g. SAP)
• Knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
• Understanding of data analysis and forecasting
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong ethics, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
