Job description
Overview

Diversity matters

We are building a brand that represents the people of the world. It's what you do that counts, and we are always looking to expand perspectives and voices to shape our future. We see you, we celebrate you, we want you!

Note: This description preserves the original language; formatting has been refined for clarity and accessibility.

Who we are

You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but theres more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good.

The Living Wage Foundations statement a hard days work deserves a fair days pay is one that we are proud to commit to in the UK. As an accredited Living Wage employer, we put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is whats inside that counts - whether thats an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone.

The Team

Lush Limited supplies all our global manufacturing sites with fragrances made from top quality, natural essential oils sourced from all over the world. We also supply finished perfumes from our unique & authentic Lush Perfume range and manage the cost base for growing, developing and protecting the Lush brand globally.

The Assistant Management Accountant for Lush Limited will join the Finance team of 5 and work closely alongside the Management Accountant and Purchase Ledger to own the cash and controls function, ensure monthly reporting deadlines are met and robust controls are adhered to throughout the day to day finance function. We strive to provide the best service to our internal staff as we do to the customers in our shops.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Please note: We may close this vacancy early if we receive an overwhelming response or our business requirements change.
