Your new company
This business will see you join a nationwide housing and property company. They are one of the UK's leading non-profit housing associations with strong portfolios and pipelines of ambitious projects.

Your new role
As the Assignment Management Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior accountants to ensure financial practices are in line with regulatory standards. This role will see you taking part in cross-department collaboration inclusive of attending and speaking at business meetings and presenting in front of colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be a part-qualified accountant with strong management accounts experience ideally gained from working within the not-for-profit / housing sector and have a commercial mindset with experience of working with stakeholders, reporting, and preparation of budgets.
