Are you an ambitious accounts assistant or part-qualified/trainee Management Accountant ready to make a real impact with an amazing UK Charity?
We're hiring for an Assistant Management Accountant to support a diverse portfolio of local teams and help drive informed financial decision-making that supports community programs.
Key Responsibilities of Assistant Management Accountant:

• Guide and support local teams in budget planning, forecasting, and financial compliance
• Monitor and analyse the financial performance of projects and social enterprises
• Prepare funding packages and assess viability of new programs
• Deliver training and financial advice to non-financial stakeholders
• Liaise with regional and central teams to ensure smooth financial operations

What We're Looking For:(Assistant Management Accountant)

• Part-qualified CCAB (CIMA/ACCA etc) Accountant
• Strong Excel and accounting systems experience
• Great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain finance to non-finance colleagues
• Flexibility and willingness to travel across the region
