A leading healthcare organization based in Horley seeks an experienced Accountant for a pivotal role in their finance team. The position entails ownership of management accounts while supporting primary healthcare initiatives. Offering flexible working arrangements, the ideal candidate will possess a recognized accountancy qualification and experience in P&L reporting, aiming to deliver high-quality financial oversight in a community-focused setting.
Having grown rapidly both insupporting our PCNs and in the clinical services we provide we are looking togrow our finance team. This role brings the opportunity to work autonomouslybut with support and development from our Senior Management Accountants andManagement Accountants and utilising our book keep team.

Hours of work: Part time or full time considered 15 to 37.5 hours per week.
Base: ABC HQ based in Horley, Surrey however we support remote flexibleworking and can provide everything needed for predominantly home working.

Supervision
Regular supervisions on aone-to-one basis including an annual formal appraisal will be held with a linemanager.
