We're looking for an
Assistant Management Accountant with a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers. If you're working towards a finance qualification and ready to accelerate your career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment-this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing:- Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts and P&L reports across our repair centres
- Conducting cost analysis on labour, parts, and overheads
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting (e.g., labour efficiency, parts usage)
- Managing reconciliations, inventory tracking, and WIP adjustments
- Collaborating with operational teams to turn financial data into meaningful insight
- Supporting audit and compliance processes
- Assisting with accounts payable/receivable when needed
What We're Looking For:- Currently studying AAT / CIMA / ACCA / ACA
- Significant experience in a finance or accounting role
- Automotive industry or workshop environment experience is highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally with finance and non-finance teams
- Analytical, proactive, and commercially minded
