We're looking for an Assistant Management Accountant with a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers. If you're working towards a finance qualification and ready to accelerate your career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment-this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts and P&L reports across our repair centres
  • Conducting cost analysis on labour, parts, and overheads
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting (e.g., labour efficiency, parts usage)
  • Managing reconciliations, inventory tracking, and WIP adjustments
  • Collaborating with operational teams to turn financial data into meaningful insight
  • Supporting audit and compliance processes
  • Assisting with accounts payable/receivable when needed
What We're Looking For:
  • Currently studying AAT / CIMA / ACCA / ACA
  • Significant experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Automotive industry or workshop environment experience is highly desirable
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally with finance and non-finance teams
  • Analytical, proactive, and commercially minded
