About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Management Accountant to join our Finance Team. In this role, you will contribute to the timely and accurate financial reporting for the group, establish and embed robust financial processes, and collaborate with departments to provide valuable financial insights.

You will also play a key role in integrating previously outsourced processes, enhancing efficiency and control while maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting internal stakeholders with finance-related queries.

You’ll collaborate with teams across operations and venue management to optimise procurement processes, control costs, and enhance supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Management: Oversee all revenue-related activities, accurately post and reconcile bar income, monitor commercial revenue streams, manage rental recharges, track Fixr revenue, and prepare rolling forecasts with venue managers.
  • Fixed Assets: Manage acquisitions and disposals, maintain the fixed asset register, post depreciation journals, and track capital expenditure.
  • Stock Management: Oversee stock reporting, coordinate stock counts with sites, record stock movements in profit and loss statements, and conduct site visits for compliance.
  • Audit & Compliance: Support audits and ensure financial data accuracy.

Professional Skills:

  • Experience within a Similar Role: Desirable.
  • ACCA, CIMA or similar minimum part qualified: Desirable.
  • Business Central or Similar ERP Knowledge: Desirable.
  • Excel Skills: Intermediate level essential.
  • Degree Finance related: Desirable.
