Assistant Management Accountant / Accounts Assistant / CIMA / Budgeting / Commercial / Part–qualified

Are you an ambitious accounts assistant or part–qualified/trainee Management Accountant ready to make a real impact with an amazing UK Charity?

We're hiring for an Assistant Management Accountant to support a diverse portfolio of local teams and help drive informed financial decision–making that supports community programs.

Key Responsibilities of Assistant Management Accountant:

  • Guide and support local teams in budget planning, forecasting, and financial compliance
  • Monitor and analyse the financial performance of projects and social enterprises
  • Prepare funding packages and assess viability of new programs
  • Deliver training and financial advice to non–financial stakeholders
  • Liaise with regional and central teams to ensure smooth financial operations

What We re Looking For:

  • Part–qualified CCAB (CIMA/ACCA etc) Accountant
  • Strong Excel and accounting systems experience
  • Great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain finance to non–finance colleagues
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel across the region
