VANRATH is exclusively partnered with a growing company in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for career progression. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join a growing finance team.

This role offers the chance to develop your accountancy career and progress to a Management Accountant position. Due to recent acquisitions, this is a newly created role. Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will assist with producing management accounts for a multi-entity company.

What you'll do

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Support budget and forecast preparation
• Conduct reconciliations
• Report on profit and loss
• Assist with payroll processes during holiday cover

About you

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Accountant
