Job description

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Asset and Maintenance Team and seek a talented individual to assume the role of Assistant Maintenance Officer. The selected candidate will assist in the delivery of our asset management strategies and help support our aspirational plans for enhancing our stock portfolio.

Working in close collaboration with our Maintenance Co-ordinator, the position will focus on the delivery of repairs and other maintenance projects in a fast-paced role dealing with a range of duties and customers.

Formed in 1975, Milnbank Housing Association has a long and successful track record of supporting local communities in Dennistoun and Haghill. We believe in providing high-quality services to our tenants and owners. At Milnbank, we are proud of the role we play as a Community Controlled Housing Association.
