The Role

As Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will oversee H&S, IT, and Engineering within the hotel. Your role involves maintaining hotel facilities by performing preventive maintenance and repairs on plant and machinery, including heat, power, air conditioning, and refrigeration. You will collaborate with Front Office and Housekeeping teams to ensure the hotel remains in excellent condition.

The Person

You should have previous experience in a similar role, with relevant qualifications in maintenance work such as plumbing, electrical, or joinery. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate a proactive attitude is essential. Flexibility, adaptability, and excellent English communication skills are also required. Presentability is important as well.
