Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is seeking to recruit a permanent, full-time Assistant Maintenance Manager, based in Carlisle, Newcastle, or Workington, with a salary of £41,027 - £45,262 per annum.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Property Services Team at CCHA. As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will be part of a professional, customer-focused team responsible for providing excellent responsive repair and void maintenance services.

Candidate Requirements

1. Experience working within the social housing sector, particularly in maintenance.
2. Ability to lead and deliver high performance against targets.
3. Skills in prioritising tasks to meet realistic targets, costs, and deadlines.
4. Experience in coordinating complex processes.
5. Successful track record in change management.
