Champneys Eastwell Manor

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £33,000

We are looking for someone passionate about maintaining our hotels to a high standard, ensuring they are consistently safe and are elegant in presentation both inside and out.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance issues within the hotel
• Perform daily checks around the hotel
• Conduct lift emergency release procedures as required
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel
• Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers
• Maintain all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure safety and take action on unsafe situations
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
• Ensure the health and safety of the hotel
• Conduct monthly safety inspections and train employees accordingly
• Deputise for the Maintenance Manager in their absence
