Your Role

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading Shift Managers and Crew members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Sustaining a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and fun
  • Addressing customer complaints promptly and honestly
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to drive store results and develop long-term plans
  • Taking ownership of your P&L, driving sales while controlling costs
