Here at West Bromwich Albion Football Club, we have exciting opportunities to join our coaching team as an Assistant Lead Foundation Phase Coach.
The main purpose of this role is to work as part of a team in the design and delivery of the 9-12 Coaching programme, working alongside the Lead Foundation Phase coach, Academy Manager, and Head of Coaching. The role involves taking a holistic approach to improve the development of 9-12 year old players and to support their progression into the Youth Development programme. The coach will collaborate with the Lead Foundation Phase coach, Academy Manager, Head of Coaching, and other Development Phase Coaches to deliver the programme and individual learning outcomes, providing diverse experiences for players in their formative years.
