Salary: circa £27,500 PA (depending on experience) + potential bonus + other Companywide benefits
This role is based full time on site servicing the York Factory.
Nestlé York Factory is the home of the iconic confectionery brand Kit Kat amongst several other well-known brands such as Aero, Polo and Yorkie. We’re currently recruiting for a Labour Planner to join our team and help drive operational excellence through effective labour planning.
As Labour Planner, you’ll be responsible for delivering a forward-looking labour plan that enhances efficiency, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. You’ll play a key role in improving our labour planning processes and systems, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
