McMullen & Sons Ltd. are seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead a busy kitchen in a community-focused, family-run environment. You will work in a fast-paced setting, delivering the brand concept with high guest satisfaction and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy kitchen is essential.
• Willing to take on responsibility and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the food concept to company standard and exceed guest expectations.
• Handle stock control including ordering, deliveries, stock taking and wastage control.
• Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and deputise in their absence.
• Train and develop the kitchen team to reach their potential.
• Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance in line with law and policy.
