About the Role:

As an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Chicken & Grill pubs, part of the McMullen’s family, you will be passionate about delivering delicious, fresh rotisserie chicken, chargrilled meats, and pub classics. We offer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the food concept to company standards and exceeding guest expectations
  • Managing food stock control, including ordering, deliveries, stock taking, and wastage control
  • Supporting the Head Chef in kitchen operations and deputising in their absence
  • Training and developing the kitchen team to reach their potential
  • Ensuring Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance in line with legal and company policies

Previous experience in a busy kitchen is essential. You should be keen to develop, willing to take responsibility, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Salary range: £31,004 - £32,041 (live out)
