A leading, award-winning, nationwide residential developer has an excellent opportunity for an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices in Milton Keynes.

The company is one of the largest housebuilders in the UK, with multiple regional offices that understand their local communities. They build a wide range of properties from one and two-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom detached houses.

They do more than just build homes; they provide infrastructure such as roads, sewers, landscaping, and community facilities, developing vibrant communities that integrate into their surrounding areas and meet local needs.

Currently experiencing a high workload, they are seeking an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial team. This is a great chance to join a reputable company, learn from experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors, and work on various residential schemes.

Requirements:

• Degree qualification or relevant construction qualification
• Experience working for a reputable housebuilder
