Une entreprise de construction dynamique basée à Birmingham recherche un Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor pour rejoindre leur équipe sur un projet permanent. Le candidat idéal aura de l'expérience dans des projets de construction d'entrepôts industriels et sera prêt à voyager dans le West Midlands pour des visites de chantier. Quelle que soit leur qualification, les candidats doivent avoir une bonne compréhension du cadre d'acier et un excellent historique de travail avec des sous-traitants.

Qualifications

• Expérience antérieure avec un entrepreneur général réputé.
• Dossier de réalisations sur de nouveaux projets industriels / d'entrepôt.
• Prêt à voyager pour des visites de site.

Responsibilities

• Travailler sur un projet de construction d'entrepôt industriel en acier à Crewe.
• Préparer et évaluer les coûts pour les projets attribués.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de gestion de projet et d'autres parties prenantes.

Skills

Steel frame experience

Track record working on new build industrial / warehouse projects

Able to commute to Birmingham

A growing, dynamic Main Contractor based in Birmingham are looking for an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, initially working on a project in Crewe, Cheshire.

The business have been operating for a number of years and specialise in Industrial Warehouses, Retail, Commercial and Mixed Use Schemes, between £2m to £10m.

They are about to start on a new build, steel frame, industrial warehouse project in Crewe, and are looking for a strong Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

The ideal person will have some previous experience working on new build steel frame, industrial / warehouse projects for a reputable Main Contractor.

The offices are based in Birmingham, and projects are predominantly located between Manchester and Milton Keynes, so the ideal person must be prepared to travel on site visits where the projects are within that region.

Experience:

• Ideally Degree Qualified or other relative qualifications
• Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on new build industrial / warehouse projects
• Steel frame experience
• Able to commute to Birmingham
• Happy to work across the Midlands
