Assistant Intelligence Analyst (CE & Missing Intelligence Team) Grade 9 ( £40,755 - £42,324)

Location: Croydon

Division: Early Help and Childrens Social Care

Position Type: Permanent

Contract Type: Full Time / 36 hours

This role involves the collation and analysis of data on all children missing and children subject to sexual and criminal child exploitation.

This involves:

  • Data management and performance information gathered from the Multi-Agency Child Exploitation (MACE) process and National Referral Mechanism (NRM)
  • The identification of patterns, information as well as individuals who may exploit children
  • Data management and performance information gathered from MACE and management oversight of the missing children’s process including daily, weekly and monthly missing report
  • Development of analytics in relations to missing and Child Exploitation
  • Supporting the implementation of quality assurance methodologies to further develop practice
  • To support the response to all Ofsted inspections (including thematic), peer to peer evaluation and all other quality assurance activities
  • Work with intelligence leads from police, health, education, youth offending and the voluntary sector to gather intelligence in relation to vulnerable children
