The Role:
  1. Support product launches from idea to shelf, working on everything from packaging design to approvals.
  2. Track product samples, request feedback, and keep everything organised.
  3. Look at industry trends, analyse competitors, and help shape new product ideas.
  4. Work alongside different teams to bring fresh ideas to life.
  5. Maintain project trackers, mock-ups, and key documents.
  6. Work closely with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to make sure projects run smoothly.
You:
  1. A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for product development.
  2. Great organisation skills – you’ll be juggling multiple tasks at once.
  3. Strong attention to detail – you’ll be working with key product info.
  4. A team player who loves working with different departments.
  5. A commercial mindset – understanding how costs and profits impact business decisions.
  6. Any experience in product development, FMCG, or a similar field (internships or placements welcome!).
  7. A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  8. An understanding of how products are developed in the FMCG world.
  9. Ability to analyse data and come up with smart solutions.
