About The Assistant Innovation And Product Manager Role

The Assistant Product Manager will be responsible for new product development (NPD) from concept through to launch! This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, collaborating with various teams to shape the future of our product portfolio.

Responsibilities As Our Assistant Innovation And Product Manager Include

• Managing and supporting the development and execution of NPD projects that support sales growth and market share increase.
• Working with internal teams (R&D, Design, Marketing, Supply, Finance) and external suppliers to develop new products.
• Conducting ongoing portfolio analysis to provide insight on product sales at local and regional level and define actions to optimize sales and/or margin performance.
• Conducting competitor research and proposing new product ideas to generate sales growth.
• Writing and creating materials to support NPD that best explain the product, based on research and positioning to beat out competition.
• Informing decisions on segment strategy and new or existing product development activity.
• Using market insight and collaborating with RD&E team to translate current and future capabilities into claims that answer customer needs better than our competition.
