The role involves undertaking the delivery of the Information Management (IM) discipline for client projects and programmes, ensuring efficient information management and successful outcomes. Executes IM functions in line with strategy, plans, processes, and standards. Ensures documents and project artefacts meet standards, are labelled, and stored properly. The role includes learning, understanding, developing, and implementing processes described within ISO 19650, focusing on digital delivery.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Following IM processes effectively, adhering to standards including ISO 19650 for client projects and programmes.
  • Ensuring the IM function is effective and accessible for project personnel.
  • Supporting and guiding colleagues in IM practices and processes.
  • Assuring the quality and control of documents and artefacts.
  • Contributing to the setup, implementation, and development of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Supporting the global Digital Centre of Excellence with knowledge, processes, and case studies.
  • Coordinating activities to ensure project success and management.
  • Collaborating towards the net zero carbon transition, actively managing associated emissions and reductions during work delivery.
You’ll need to have:
  • Some experience in Information Management from projects and programmes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Disciplined, methodical, and organized approach.
  • Effective teamwork and mentoring abilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
You'll also have:
  • Knowledge of information architecture, naming, numbering, and filing conventions.
  • Progress towards technical qualifications such as APM IM, experience with software like Aconex.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Industry knowledge in construction, property, and real estate, including security and data protection awareness.
  • Experience working internationally, remotely or outside the UK, with familiarity of ISO 19650, UK BIM Framework, and CDE management.
  • Relevant certifications such as ISO 19650, APM IM, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in IM software like Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator.
