Assistant Information Analyst - Band 4 to Band 5 development role
To support the Trust in improving performance and service delivery by developing and maintaining robust reporting systems, providing high-quality business intelligence, and contributing to service improvement initiatives. The role involves data analysis, SQL query writing, and collaboration with various teams to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable information is available to support decision-making.
The post-holder will contribute to the development of a performance-focused culture where safety, effectiveness and patient experience are consistently delivered through the provision of high-quality performance information, analytical interpretation, benchmarking, forecasting and intelligent modelling. This role will support the Clinical and Operational Leads by providing timely, accurate and relevant information that enables effective decision making and performance monitoring of services provided.
