The Assistant In-Room Manager r ole:

The Assistant In-Room Manager is respon sible for planning, organizing and controlling the work of employees in the In-Room Department while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The ideal Assistant In-Room Manager will have:

  • Minimum of two years’ hotel supervisory/management experienced

  • Strong ability to lead and train a team to maintain team spirit and quality service

  • Strong management and development skills are essential

  • Solid knowledge of hotel operations including systems

  • Excellent communication skills - multi-lingual preferred

  • Previous opening experience beneficial
