Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Hub Manager with the day-to-day running of the hub, including: creating and managing staff rotas
  • Handling membership queries and ensuring members feel valued
  • Assisting with event planning for tournaments, socials, and open days
  • Delivering an exceptional experience for members, players, and guests
  • Managing bookings and keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly
  • Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
  • Actively promoting the hub to grow participation and membership
  • Ensuring smooth operations and high standards across the venue
Qualifications
  • Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role (hospitality, leisure, or sport)
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • A proactive, hands-on approach - willing to roll up your sleeves
  • Strong organisational skills for scheduling, planning, and follow-through
  • Great communication skills and the ability to inspire a team
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and events
  • An interest in sport - padel knowledge is a bonus but not essential
