Responsibilities
- Supporting the Hub Manager with the day-to-day running of the hub, including: creating and managing staff rotas
- Handling membership queries and ensuring members feel valued
- Assisting with event planning for tournaments, socials, and open days
- Delivering an exceptional experience for members, players, and guests
- Managing bookings and keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly
- Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
- Actively promoting the hub to grow participation and membership
- Ensuring smooth operations and high standards across the venue
Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role (hospitality, leisure, or sport)
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- A proactive, hands-on approach - willing to roll up your sleeves
- Strong organisational skills for scheduling, planning, and follow-through
- Great communication skills and the ability to inspire a team
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and events
- An interest in sport - padel knowledge is a bonus but not essential
