Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an Assistant HR Officer to enhance its People Services team. This full-time role involves maintaining the HR database, managing system queries, and producing insightful reports to support HR functions, all within their Exeter headquarters.

You'll join us on afull time (37 hours per week), 12 month fixed term contract, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of£28,624 - £31,067 (gross) per annum.

About the role:
As ourAssistant HR Officer (Systems and Reporting), you will assist with the overall administration of the current HR Database (iTrent), including user accounts and post structure, and to triage and respond to systems queries received via the iTrent mailbox. You will also undertake work to support People Systems Reporting.
