Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely HR advice in line with Council policies and employment law.
  • Support and coach managers with HR issues including disciplinary, grievance, and attendance.
  • Liaise with trade unions and represent HR in meetings regarding employee matters.
  • Manage redeployment opportunities and support job evaluations.
  • Analyse and present HR data and trends (e.g., absence, grievances, performance).
