Do you enjoy turning complex people challenges into practical solutions? We're looking for an experienced HR professional to join our People Services team as an Assistant HR Business Partner. You'll work alongside a team of HR Business Partners and managers to develop leadership capability, support colleagues and help create an inclusive, high-performing culture that consistently delivers for our tenants.
This is a varied generalist role where no two days are the same. You'll be a trusted adviser on employee relations, organisational change and wider people initiatives, using insight, professional judgement and up-to-date HR and employment law knowledge to help the business make confident decisions.
You'll be an experienced and credible HR professional who is comfortable operating in a varied generalist environment, balancing complex casework and organisational priorities while building effective relationships with managers and stakeholders.
This role is based at our Bath Row office in Central Birmingham. As this is a highly visible role supporting managers and colleagues across Midland Heart, you'll need to be present in the office for at least 4 days of the working week with the remainder to be worked from home.
