Job Title: Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Location: Edinburgh, United Kingdom

Rate of £12.75 / Hour, OTE up to £28,730 (including loyalty scheme bonus)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hotel Du Vin is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager who is passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team, ensuring rooms and public areas meet our quality standards, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and motivating the housekeeping team to achieve high standards
  2. Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation
  3. Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
  4. Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
