Sutton 1079’s Francis Hotel in Bath is seeking an organised, hands-on Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the smooth running of our housekeeping team. You’ll lead by example, uphold high cleanliness standards and help create a welcoming guest experience.

You’ll be a great team player who mentors colleagues, drives continuous improvement and ensures presentation across public areas and bedrooms meets our brand standards. This is a full-time, on-site role with generous benefits.

Assistant Housekeeping Manager £30,850 per annum plus Tronc (approximately £3k-£4k annually) plus amazing benefits!

The Role

We’re looking for an organised, hands-on Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the smooth running of our housekeeping team. You’ll lead by example, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and help create a welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll be a great team player who takes pride in what you do and enjoys supporting others to do their best.
