WatchHouse Coffee House Holding Limited is seeking an Assistant House Manager to uphold our Core Values and brand standards while supporting the House Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium coffee environment.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes people, quality, and profitability, with responsibilities spanning team mentorship, daily operations, opening/closing procedures, compliance, and cross-department collaboration to grow WatchHouse across multiple sites.

• Cleanliness and Service: Support the House Manager in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and service across the House.
