Assistant House Manager

Bristol Beacon is looking for an enthusiastic and capable Assistant House Manager to help lead our House Management team. You’ll play a key role in delivering world-class customer service and ensuring the smooth running of everything from intimate performances to sell-out shows across our iconic venues.
You’ll coordinate event set‑ups, manage stewarding teams, liaise with artists and clients, and be a friendly, visible presence for audiences and visitors. You’ll also support the House Manager with daily operations, staffing, safety, and customer care – all while making sure our venues are show‑ready and welcoming at every turn.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in live environments, has strong people skills, and is confident leading a team.
