Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Hotel Services Manager based at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What You Will Do
You must be highly motivated, willing to take on new challenges and will have responsibility for being involved in: Managing and overseeing Portering/Domestic/Security/Gardens and Grounds, within a busy, acute hospital setting. This role includes responsibilities including ensuring smooth service delivery, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with relevant standards. Implementing Organisational Policies and Procedures.
You will undertake a wide range of Service Management related functions and will provide contact and interface with clinical staff, patients and visitors on a day to day basis. This role will work closely with other ISS colleagues, both within close teams and wider to support service delivery. You are required to have knowledge and practical operational experience on a wide range of non-clinical support services.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in supervisory/management
- Management of diverse workforce, preferably within a large organisation
- Experience of Managing transport services would be beneficial
- Demonstrate leadership knowledge/skills
