Overview

Are you passionate about food, drink and service, and want to be part of an award-winning hospitality team — while still making it home for dinner? We are looking for an Assistant Hospitality Manager to join our team in a prestigious banking firm in London.

Responsibilities
  • To be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
  • To coordinate together with the team leader the day to day hospitality services, ensuring pre-set high standards are maintained
  • To coordinate the hospitality staff and ensure adequate coverage for daily operations and events
  • To train and supervise team members to uphold service standards
  • Oversee set up, service flow and breakdown of events
  • Maintain strong client relationships and anticipate guests needs
  • Assist the head of hospitality in managing budgets, invoices and purchasing
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and food safety and corporate service standards
Benefits
  • Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum, evening event overtime paid at a premium of 1.5
  • Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00am - 4:30pm
