Job summary

FASHION PERSONNEL is seeking a creative Homeware Buying professional in Leeds to develop ranges across textiles, décor, lighting, soft furnishings and furniture. You will lead supplier meetings, negotiate terms, and oversee product quality while conducting trend analysis and competitor research.

You will manage the critical path, mentor an assistant, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners in a flexible, hybrid working environment with a strong bonus and life assurance package.

Qualifications

• Experience in homeware buying across textiles, décor, lighting, soft furnishings and furniture.
• Experience leading supplier meetings and negotiating with suppliers; overseeing product quality.
• Experience conducting trend analysis and competitor research.
• Ability to manage the critical path and mentor an assistant.
• Comfort working in a non-corporate, creative environment with hybrid/flexi working.
