Job summary

Riverside is a housing association committed to excellence in social housing. The Assistant Home Condition Surveyor role is based in Speke, Liverpool, offering a hybrid working pattern and a 35-hour week.

Job Title: Assistant Home Condition Surveyor
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £28,624 Per Annum (£31,638 is achieved after 12 successful performance in the role) Per Annum
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Hybrid
Location: Speke, Liverpool
