A healthcare provider in Swindon is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Healthcare Support Worker. This position involves delivering patient care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining clinical documentation. Shift patterns include days, nights, and weekends. Ideal candidates should be compassionate and have the right to work in the UK. This role offers a progression scheme and a commitment to work-life balance.
You must be willing to work shift patterns, including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Hours are '12 hour' shift across most wards.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our ambitious organisation as a Healthcare support worker. You will be responsible for delivering individual patient care and will be expected to support the team leaders and the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse.
This role is offered on a progression scheme where you will undertake the Care Certificate which approximately takes 6 months to complete where your pay band will increase. You will need to be highly motivated and enthusiastic, to help improve both the patient experience and the nursing care.
