Role Overview

An Assistant Health Club Manager supports the Health Club Manager in operations, team management, and training to ensure excellent guest and member experiences while helping to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily operations
  • Support team motivation, service quality, and development
  • Participate in recruiting, training, and managing staff
  • Help achieve revenue and budget goals
  • Manage customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Respond to audits and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments
  • Ensure friendly, personalized service
  • Maintain security protocols for cash, stock, and equipment
  • Adhere to health, safety, and COSHH regulations
Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in leisure, the ability to work under pressure, and a willingness to develop both themselves and their team. Flexibility and teamwork skills are essential.

Preferred qualifications include a passion for customer service, relevant fitness and pool certifications, and the ability to meet financial targets.
