Job summary

Hayle Academy, part of the Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, is seeking an Assistant Headteacher (SEND) to lead the strategic development and implementation of SEND provision across the school. You will shape an inclusive learning environment, influencing safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and personal development, and sit on the Senior Leadership Team to drive whole-school inclusion.

Hayle Academy alongside Truro and Penwith Academy Trust are seeking an Assistant Headteacher (SEND). You will lead the strategic development and implementation of SEND provision across the school. You will play a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive learning environment where every student feels safe, valued and supported to achieve their full potential. This is a highly influential position that impacts all aspects of school life, including teaching and learning, safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and personal development.
