About the School
Colne Grange School is a new specialist ASD provision. We have an exciting opportunity for a SEN Teacher due to growth and a new extension. As part of the Hillingdon Manor group and Outcomes First Group, Colne Grange offers day provision for pupils with Autism aged 3 to 11 years.
Colne Grange provides specialist education for approximately 35 pupils, aged 4-11. We use a range of teaching strategies to engage learners with diverse needs, with smaller class sizes and curricula aligned with the Equals Semi-Formal Curriculum and National Curriculum where appropriate.
Options Autism has provided care and education for over 16 years to individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties. As part of Outcomes First Group, we lead in setting and delivering innovative approaches with measurable outcomes.
In 2024, Outcomes First Group was officially certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the fifth consecutive year.
