Atherton High School seeks an Assistant Headteacher to join in January 2027. You will provide strategic leadership across nominated areas of the School Improvement Plan, with science background being advantageous.

You will drive sustained school improvement, translating priorities into action, and secure improvements in education quality, pupil outcomes and wider school life. You will work within the Senior Leadership Team to promote values and high expectations across all activities.

Qualificações

• Qualified Teacher Status (preferably science).
• Senior leadership responsibilities with values of Respect, Responsibility and Ambition.
• Strategic leadership of designated areas with measurable improvement targets.
• Ambitious, inclusive curriculum and high expectations for all pupils.

Responsabilidades
