Job summary

Bromley Beacon Academy, part of London South East Academies Trust, seeks an exceptional Assistant Headteacher & Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to join the Senior Leadership Team. With reduced teaching duties, you will lead safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and wellbeing while guiding whole-school improvement and inclusion.

• Proven track record in safeguarding leadership within a school.
• Experience in senior leadership and safeguarding policy development.

• Oversee attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and inclusion.
• Fulfil the role of Designated Teacher for Looked After and Previously Looked After Children.
