Olympus is an independent specialist day school in South Croydon under Horizon Care and Education, serving pupils aged 11–19 with SEN/SEMH. We seek an Assistant Headteacher to lead curriculum, teaching and achievement across the school.

The successful candidate will work with the Headteacher to uphold high standards, implement policies and support staff. Required: QTS/QTLS and recent SLT experience in SEN; OFSTED awareness and safeguarding qualifications.

Horizon Care and Education have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Headteacher for our Olympus school based in South Croydon, Working with children with SEN and SEMH needs.

Olympus is an independent specialist day school providing high-quality education for boys and girls. Based in South Croydon, the school meets the diverse needs of pupils aged 11-19 with Special Educational Needs (SEN) including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Needs.

As an Assistant Headteacher you will aim to achieve the highest possible standards and outcomes for the pupils as a member of the senior management team. Responsible for the implementation of effective policies and procedures that support the high standards of educational. You will work to assist the Head teacher in the day to day running of the school.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING:

• Lead on curriculum, Teaching and Achievement.
