Job description

Job Title: Assistant Headteacher (SEND)

We are seeking an Assistant Headteacher to play a vital role in the senior leadership team and advocate for students with SEND needs.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of provision effectively meets the needs of SEND students to enable exceptional progress.

You will ensure all legal and statutory requirements are met for students with SEND under the statutory code of practice.

As a senior leader, you will model best practices, set high expectations, and contribute to the strategic direction of the school.
