Job summary

King Offa Primary Academy is looking to recruit an energetic, innovative Assistant Headteacher - Inclusion on a permanent basis to join our friendly and forward-thinking team. As the lead for inclusion, this role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to make a real impact across the school and particularly for children with SEND.

We would love to hear from you if you have QTS, KS1/KS2 experience, and a passion for inclusive education.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status.
• Experience in Key Stage 1 and 2 classes.
• Passion for inclusion and raising pupil achievement.
• Enthusiastic and able to lead and motivate a team.
• Committed to ensuring high achievement for all pupils.

Responsibilities

• Lead inclusion strategy across the school to raise outcomes.
• Develop and implement KS1/KS2 inclusion and SEND provision.
• Inspire, support and manage staff to improve pupil achievement.
