Permanent Assistant Headteacher at St Mary's Catholic High School

Location: Woburn Road, Croydon, CR9 2EE, London Borough of Croydon

Salary: London Leadership Scale Points L12-16 (£65,629 - £72,144)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Start Date: September 2025

We are seeking an exceptional Head of House to lead the pastoral development and wellbeing of approximately 150 students from Year 7 to Year 11. The successful candidate will also provide strategic leadership of the Discovery and Enterprise faculty, including Mathematics, supporting curriculum development and improving teaching and learning. Additionally, they will lead the implementation of a whole-school numeracy strategy.
