Required from September 2025

Salary: Outer London Leadership Scale Pt 6-10 (£60,266 - £66152) plus SEND allowance (£2679), subject to any inflationary increase in September 2025.

• Is passionate about children’s inclusion in all aspects of school life, helping them to flourish, physically, mentally, socially and spiritually;

• Has a proven track record of improving learning and progress for all children and experience of undertaking significant school improvement work;

• Has excellent knowledge of the curriculum and SEND Code of Practice and strategies to ensure that the needs of all children are met;

• Would provide inspiring leadership, including in the SEND provision across the school, helping colleagues to grow in their understanding of children’s needs;

• Works effectively and supportively with all families, stakeholders and external agencies;

• Would enhance the Christian ethos, vision and values of the school.
