Job summary

You will shape culture, lead behaviour systems and champion rewards across the school to ensure every student can learn and thrive. You will work with the Deputy Headteacher – Personal Development, using data and student voice to drive improvement while maintaining high expectations for all.

Qualifications

• Evidence of successful leadership in a secondary school setting.
• Strong understanding of behaviour culture and whole-school systems.
• Experience leading behaviour, pastoral provision or whole-school improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead behaviour, attitudes, rewards and recognition to create a calm, respectful environment.
• Develop and champion a whole-school rewards culture.
